OWNERSHIP

Barklav Hong Kong Ltd is a joint-venture company established back in 2000 between two well renown shipping companies, Wilhelmsen Ship Management and Klaveness AS of Norway.

Barklav SRL (Romania) was established on 17th May 2000, as an independent manning agent, providing crew management and crew supply services to the founders companies but also to the prudent and technological advanced third party Clients operating in the shipping, offshore and wind sectors.

HISTORY

The Company was established on 17th May 2000, as a manning entity in Romania providing Crew Management and Crew Supply Services to the shipping industry.

Since its inception, the company deployed seafarers covering all sectors in the shipping industry, starting with conventional bulk-carriers, continuing with container
and tanker including LPGs and LNGs and since 2003 the company is providing crew supply services for offshore sector
